Please refer to each product for it's specific lead time and for any special shipping requirements. This information will appear on the detail page for each product in the tabbed area labeled "Shipping". While most orders ship within 3 business days, some orders, such as those for custom or oversized items, may take longer to ship. We normally only ship to the lower 48 states, but please contact us to inquire about shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
You will receive an email notification and tracking number once your order ships. Although we accept online orders over the weekend, we only ship Monday through Friday.
You will be notified promptly by email if there are any delays with your order. We use several shipping carriers and reserve the right to choose the one best suited to your order to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Should an item need to be back ordered, it will be rush shipped to you (at no additional charge) as soon as new inventory arrives.
As required by law, applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered in the State of Ohio.
SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
Some larger items display a special "Shipping Note". These items require shipment by freight truck and a curbside or receiving dock delivery appointment. As such, shipping charges for these items will be processed separately. You have two options for purchasing an item requiring freight shipping:
1. You can complete your purchase online, and we will contact you to separately process shipping fees and set up delivery.
2. Or you can simply contact us and we can process your order in a single transaction.
