Products sold by Garage Pitstop, a Block-A-Chip, LLC company, are guaranteed against defect, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping. We deliver only the highest quality products, and our standards are set to satisfy every customer. If any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations or the advertised quality, we will do everything we can to make it right and make you a happy customer. 

 

RETURNS

  • Please refer to each product for it's specific return policy. This information will appear on the detail page for each product in the tabbed area labeled "Return Policy". Please note that most items may be returned within 30 days of original purchase for a refund or replacement.
  • Custom and clearance items are not returnable unless they are defective.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call us at (440) 290-7373 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET or email  to receive your RMA.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and return shipping charges.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.  Garage Pitstop is not responsible for damaged equipment.
  • If applicable, complete the back of the packing slip that arrived with your order. Repack the item(s) to return and your completed slip in the original container, if possible. Use the return label and ship via UPS, Federal Express, or Insured Parcel Post.
  • Freight charges are not refundable and you are responsible for paying for return shipping should you want to return an item.
  • Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
  • You will be issued a refund after we receive returned merchandise back and have validated your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

 

CANCELLATION 

You may cancel unshipped orders, custom products excluded, within 24 hours of purchase. Most of our products ship within 2-7 days.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a product that proves to be defective or if merchandise was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it at no charge.

  • When you receive your package, please open it immediately and inspect all products for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  • If you discover any such issues, please call us at (440) 290-7373 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET or email  and we will provide instructions for an exchange.
  • We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of defective goods in order to issue a replacement.
