• This product may be returned within 15 days of original purchase for a refund or replacement.


• Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call us at (440) 251-2731 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET or email  to receive your RMA.


• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and return shipping charges.


• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.  Garage Pitstop is not responsible for damaged equipment.


• If applicable, complete the back of the packing slip that arrived with your order. Repack the item(s) to return and your completed slip in the original container, if possible. Use the return label and ship via UPS, Federal Express, or Insured Parcel Post.


• Freight charges are not refundable and you are responsible for paying for return shipping should you want to return an item.


• Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.


• You will be issued a refund after we receive returned merchandise back and have validated your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
